fix: external-rpc-checks checks a day worth of epochs - #7788
The external RPC checks now cover a whole UTC day, epochs 0 to 2879 of the dataset's daily archive, instead of the 1000 epochs below the snapshot head.
The approach is: we chose a snapshot slightly before the most up-to-date one, import it and using the new forest-cli sync wait --target flag we wait for the remaining epochs (around 800) till the end of the target day to be imported and then we start the external rpc checks
